Commercial Member of the Year Award

An award will be given to the individual who best satisfies the listed criteria. This award will recognize the A.P.C.O. Commercial Member who performs in an outstanding manner throughout the year.

Nomination Deadline: July 31 of each year

Nomination Process:

The following criteria will be used to nominate a Commercial Member. Under each criteria there must be a brief explanation of how the Commercial Member fulfills the criteria. The entry must have all criteria addressed to be considered, or the nomination will be disqualified. To be considered for this award, the nominee must be a member of A.P.C.O.

1. Describe how the nominee presents a positive attitude; of himself/herself, their company, and A.P.C.O.

2. Describe how the nominee demonstrates a professional demeanor, with special emphasis on courtesy, professionalism, and outstanding customer service.

3. Describe the nominee's willingness to do whatever necessary to help and assist customers, in emergency situations.

4. Describe the nominee's willingness to attend and participate in chapter meetings, conferences, and other official functions.

5. Provide a list of the nominee's professional affiliations. (This is optional)

6. Provide a list of the nominee's accomplishments/achievements in the last year that have promoted or reflected positively on A.P.C.O. and it's mission.

Selecting a Winner
The Awards Committee of NC APCO will select a winner in each category by the first week in August of each year, and the awards will be presented at the North Carolina State Conference.
