Resolution and Bylaws Committee	David Dodd	Cleveland County 911	Draw resolutions for needed changes to existing bylaws.
Nominating Committee	Marsha Withrow	Charlotte Fire Department	Evaluate members for interest and willingness to serve on the Executive Committee and Offices up for election.
Historical Committee	Terry Bailey	Davidson County 911	Preserve the history of the chapter by researching, and compiling records, photographs, and things of interest for the chapter.
Operational/Technology Committee	Christy Shearin	Franklin County Emergency Communications	Study the needs of all levels of personnel who are involved or interested in system operations. Report issues to the President so that the conference agenda can meet those needs for its members.
Inter-Agency Communications	Rick Thomas	Cary Police Department	Study problems involving interagency communication networks including inter-city, mutual aid, DCI and other related systems. Make itself available to all agencies to try to meet changing needs statewide to these issues.
Frequency Advisor	Rodney Spell	NC Highway Patrol	Appointed by National APCO.
Emergency Number Committee / Legislative Committee	Barry Fuery	Raleigh-Wake 911	Coordinating, planning and designing or operating 911 number systems. Member should work with the NC NENA on issues pertaining to 91 and Legislative Issues.
Training Committee	Crystal McDuffie	NC State University Police Communications	Should have knowledge of all aspects of training in all related fields including management, operation and technical. Responsible for approving and coordination of all statewide training that bears the Chapter's name.
Standing Audit Committee	Susan Waddell	Gaston County Communications (Retired)	To consist of 3 members, not part of the Executive Committee to conduct an audit of the financial records at the end of the fiscal year.
Awards Committee	Private	Private	To consist of 3 members to evaluate Nominations for the Yearly Awards.
National Conference Committee	Rob Robinson	Rowan County 911	Work on strategic plans to bring the National APCO Conference back to North Carolina.
